WHAT IS SACRED ALCHEMY?

Sacred alchemy is the journey a therapist and client travel together on, as the therapist lovingly and compassionately helps the client look at the inner pain of darkness and supports exposing it to the light of truth. As the client turns towards the darkness and the myth is exposed, then a release of the pain occurs and the myth,or limiting beliefs, are exposed to the light. The alchemical reaction is the heavy lead of pain and suffering is dissolved into the gold of truth. I call this process simply to talk, release, and heal. The therapist holds a sacred safe place for the client as they go on the journey, so that the client is encouraged and supported in facing their demons that lurk in the pit of despair and darkness. As each layer is unpacked and dissolved then the emotional and spiritual energy that was being used to hold the myth in place dissolves, helping set the soul free from their pain, this energy releases and deep healing occurs. This is the sacred alchemical reaction and deep patterns dissolve with néw realisations and insights.
