WHAT IS ANXIETY?
At this time in our society, anxiety and the mental ,physical, and emotion dis-ease created by this unpleasant feeling in our solar plexus appears to be on the increase.
Perhaps the hidden pandemic now, is rising mental health issues amongst our civilisation. With Dr's using prescribed medications so quickly without providing the alternative training and awareness to resolve the causal factors at the root.
Anxiety is a feeling we experience within us that is a direct response to an actual or perceived threat to our survival. Our fight, flight, freeze system is activated to get us ready for taking evasive action to a potential threat.
However what is most common, is that the actual threat our minds and nervous system are reacting to, is within our future orientated imaginings of what we believe is going to happen.
The problem is, is that like a bad dream, where we wake up sweating and disturbed, our minds react to whatever we are imagining and believing about possible future events.
Anxiety has a direct relationship with our ability to breath deeply and consciously to regulate our emotions and inner energy. ( Energy in motion, E-Motion)
When we truly learn present moment awareness and the ability to truly focus our attention mindfully in the moment, then our minds begin to relax as we realise that what we fear is not actually happening in the NOW.
Our subconscious realises that we are safe so relaxes and balance returns as it does its job to maintain homeostasis of the system.
Typically in our Western society Meditation, Mindfulness, and training on focusing our attention is not a skill mastered by the majority hence the rise in human suffering and stress related Dis-ease.
There is a way out of this challenging and unpleasant experience, however it requires continued dedicated practice and self discipline to attain mastery in this ancient wisdom.
In my therapeutic work I integrate ancient jnana yoga of spiritual self enquiry , breath training, awareness training of what our attention actually is, and techniques of how to learn mastery of the only thing we as humans truly have control over.
I also integrate Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and powerful Solution Focused Coaching techniques to support client change work.
I work very intuitively with every soul before me, as we journey together to make the specific difference you feel you need and want, to bring about balance and harmony on your unique wheel of life.
Ultimately my goal with every client and student, is to provide the experience of profound inner peace or the peace that passeth understanding, so that souls are empowered to access this innate and natural presence that is always deeply within us.
The results are many such as greater clarity, self confidence, self esteem, healing, and self empowerment to really support people's life goals.
