TYPES OF ANXIETY

Existential Anxiety- the fear of non-existence and realisation of our mortality, frightened of what comes next and knowing you are mortal.
Job/career anxiety- lack of confidence in you career and job drives insecurity and fear of getting in trouble and losing your income, fear of redundancy.
Relationship anxiety - insecure relationships and receiving lack of love, care, support, or abuse...creating stress in the system and fear of loss rejection, or abandonment
Social Anxiety- uncomfortable in social situations from lack of communication skills and self confidence, or simply not being around like minds...fear of being rejected by others and not being interesting, boring, or just not fitting in.
Environmental Anxiety- a dirty, cluttered, untidy, or noisy home or work environment creates a sense of inner confusion and mental clutter that subconsciously manifests as stress.
Media Anxiety....news and social media can cause over unhealthy comparison that make us feel incomplete , ugly, or unsuccessful , we feel like a failure . The news drive fear and can support the threat of war and suffering, so our survival instinct is triggered
Money Anxiety- low income and threat of redundancy can drive fear of poverty and homelessness if our income is low or threatened , we are hopelessly dependent on money and fear loss of our homes and lifestyle.
Health Anxiety- knowing we have unhealthy happens but not eliminating them creates fear of illness and death as a result and we know as we get older that something is going to happen to our health. The fear of death and suffering underpins this anxiety.
Time Anxiety - An awareness of time and a sense of having to fill it with activities to eleviate the stress of boredom. A sense of guilty anxiousness can arise from simply sitting doing nothing.
Parental Anxiety - Worrying about our children and the knowing they will leave home and we experience the empty nest syndrome and loss of purpose. The fear of change and holding onto our babies , deep attachment.
